So I'm going to share with everyone one of my favourite local street food, muah chee. :)
250g glutinous rice flour, 375g water, 3 tbsp sugar
1. Mix all the ingredients and stir well.
2. Pour the mixture into a lightly oiled pan and steam for 40mins
3. Let it cool before spooning and toss well with grounded peanuts and sugar. Ready to serve!
