So I feel that a chiffon cake is not chiffon at all if it doesn't have that hole in the middle. :P
Went to buy this disposable paper chiffon mold from Phoon Huat. :D
I didn't buy the chiffon baking pan as of yet because I'm not sure if I could manage it well. (Heard too much about how chiffon doesn't raise well or how difficult it is to unmold etc.)
Out of the oven. There were cracks, but no worries because it gonna make the base. Which means no one can see it. :P

I think because it's a paper mold so I don't have the problem of unmolding. However, it was a huge relieve that my cakes didn't shrink!
