Review: Food for thought @ Botanic Garden

A donkey years ago, alright just last Dec. Anyway, the point is the boy and I went for a morning run at Botanic Garden! I think this was after we came back from our BKK trip? So that was us literally trying to burn those extra calories. :P

But we chose to eat them back right after the run. Heh.

Unlike the usual cafes, Food for thought @ Botanic Garden is really big and spacious. I guess this also gives the diners the time to really sit back and enjoy their meals instead of rushing through just because there is a queue of hunger people waiting for their seats.

Food For Thought @ Botanic Gardens is slightly different from the other outlets. They have a self-service system where you order and pay at the cashier, before the food would be served by the staff to your table.

I'm hungry just looking at this again. T.T

Mixed berries pancakes, $11.

All pancakes are served with coconut vanilla cream and spiced gula melaka syrup.

Said to serve the best pancakes in town, I approve of that certainly. The pancakes were definitely by far the fluffiest I've ever had. :')

The full work, $20.

Scrambled eggs, bacon, butter toast, hash browns, tomato salad, chicken sausage, garlic mushroom.

I would say this is definitely one of the price worthy big breakfast you can ever find. Not to mention it was good as well.

If you're adventurous enough I suggest you do a 'customised work'. Like the name suggest, you customise your own plate of big breakfast! :)

Slowly enjoying our lovely brunch. ^^

and we completed our day with an ice cream all the way from IKEA @ Tampines.
