Recipe: Matcha Goma Moussecake

Hi everyone!

I hope it's not too late to share the recipe for this cake, Matcha Goma (black sesame) Moussecake. 

The cake that I've baked for my Dad during Father's Day! ^^

My dad is a huge fan of black sesame, hence the birth of this cake. :) 

You know what's great about baking your own cake?

You can customise the cake to the receiver's liking! That's something you can't get easily from off-the-shelf-bakery. ^^ 

To be honest, I'm pretty surprised by how good the cake turned out to be! Definitely surpassed my expectation. Heh. :D

Pardon that I've been too busy with work, home reno and wedding planner that I've no time for this space. :/

Anyway, I've been wanting to share this recipe for the longest time! 

Pandan Layer Cake - not something new, if you do a simple Google, you'll probably find lots of them on the internet. 

With Mother's Day coming up soon, it's a good recipe to try baking for your dearest mother! ^^

Recipe: Chiffon Sandwiches

Hi everyone~

Actually it took me a while to decide on the title of this post. 

"Chiffon and sandwiches? What on earth!" You must be thinking? 

Haha! 

As pictured above, it's a chiffon cake which is sliced in the middle for stuffing. 

I like to see this as a cross between Swiss roll and Hokkaido cupcakes.
