Some simple homecooked dinner using Lee Kum Lee sauces! ^^
Well, I don't even think I need to introduce about Lee Kum Kee right? It's almost an essential in every kitchen of the Chinese!
At least for mine, we'll always have a bottle of my trusted Lee Kum Lee oyster sauce. Have been eating it since I was.. born? Haha!
So the other night, we had a table of food prepared uses various Lee Kum Kee products.
Honey glazed spare ribs.
If you're a fan of the Chinese tze char, the LKL convenient sauces would be what you'll need in your kitchen!
Like the name suggests, it is very handy and convenient when you're doing your working! Especially if you're a working mum with a family of hungry children to feed! ^^
Pan fried fish.
It's a fuss free dinner because all you need is a packet of this sauce to dish up a yummy meal!
The gravy comes best with a bowl of rice!
Fried rice balls with LKL XO sauce.
Usually, we'll use the XO sauce to fry vegetable. But we decided to try a seafood fried rice using the XO sauce instead.
ps: Just cook the rice a bit wetter than usual so that it has more water content and moisture to be shaped into a rice ball! ^^
Chap Chye with LKL oyster sauce.
Always add some vegetables into your diet for a balance one. ^^
Chap chye is one dish that appears more commonly on my dining table because it's so versatile! Like I can just throw in whatever vegetables I have to cook together! :D All I need is my trusted Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce! :D
A dinner can be simple like this. But it's the type of food that one can never get sick of. ^^
Good news to share with everyone!
