Alright, exercise! So I went to run! :)
Weather was good! Windy, sunless! AWESOME! :D
Ran an hr, around 8.5km. LOL! Quite surprising! Looks like my stamina is still there! Yipee! Ok, I'm proud of myself ;) And the run brings back so much memories! Flashbacks of those JC days. :') I miss running with the girls!
Running and I have this special relationship. I hate running, hate 2.4km, hate X-country! I dislike that kind of adrenaline rush while waiting for the 'gun' to sound before everyone starts off. Feel as if my heart gonna pop-out anytime :X I have a weak heart! :( But once I start running, I cannot stop. Guess this is the mindset of a competitor? :/ Die die must complete the race! Haha!
Who am I challenging? Myself of course. Game for marathon? Over my dead body! HAHA! I still can't get over the phobia of waiting for the 'start signal' :X
I shall be a leisure runner! :D Maybe shall run once a week! I'm not in for weight-losing! :X
