Portuguese egg tarts *encore*

How do you like my portuguese egg tarts? :D 

My second try using the same recipe, think the egg tarts look much more presentable than the first batch! haha! Gonna make this for Cass and Ginny for our picnic! ^^

Ingredients & Method (hankerie)

Pastry:
1 cup flour
2 tbsp caster sugar
4 tbsp butter
2 tbsp water
Filling :
3/4 milk
2 Large eggs
3 tbsp caster sugar

Method :

Mix the flour, sugar, butter and water.
Chill it while preparing the filling.
Beat the eggs. Add the milk and the sugar.
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.
Divide the dough into 6 to 8 balls.
Flatten them into the pans.
Spoon the custard into the shells.
Bake for 30 mins or until set.

Bought a more suitable trays for the shells. 

Done! So proud of myself!:D

Best eaten fresh out from the oven toaster! Very nice!:D 

I love the filling while my brother and mummy likes to eat the crust. haha! 

This is beauty is my eyes. :P 

Daddy and mummy request me to bake 菠萝包 again while my brother wants croissant. 

I feel sense of accomplishment! hehe! :D

My G market packages came yesterday. Got 2 more dresses, which means I have 4 tops and 3 dresses yet to be wore and I'm eyeing on new clothes. :P G market is draining all my $$$$! 

Bought some nail polishes too!

I dried my OPI shatter! *heartache* So I bought a cheaper alternative and the result was pretty good! In fact I think it's better than my OPI! Already ordered another 2 more colours and a set nail art pens! :P Heh heh heh! :D 

宫-锁心玉

Finally finished this series which gave me much emotions and made me think a lot. :/

Sigh.. 八阿哥 suffers a terrible ending :'( But at least he could be with his girl. I want 八阿哥 to be the emperor! lol! But 四阿哥 is actually not so bad too! I sympathize him towards the end. :/ But nothing beats my 八阿哥! Hehe! He smiles like a kid can! So cute! <3 *花痴* Aiks... So beautiful love~ :') 

Serious withdrawal syndrome. :/ I can't wait for 宫 2 to air! Although no more 八阿哥 :( 

 步步惊心

Currently watching this now. At first didn't want to watch because it is basically like another 宫-锁心玉. Same era, about 四阿哥, 八阿哥 and time-traveling again. 

=.= =.= =.=

But this time round  四阿哥 gets the girl while 八阿哥 is a like heartless man (spoil my 八阿哥 image!). But at least I don't have so much emotions while watching this, because no one in this can touch my heart like the 八阿哥 in 宫. ^^

Ok, thinking of what to bake tml. HAHAHA!
