Review: Chock Full of Beans @ Changi Village

Chock Full of Beans, located at the relatively not so accessible place of Singapore, Changi Village.

Despite the 'ulu' location, Chock Full of Beans is never short of customers. That is apparent to The Coastal Settlement as well. Shows that Singaporeans would certainly go all the way for our food! :D

Compared to The Coastal Settlement (which I visited on the same day), Chock Full of Beans is really small. In fact their outdoor dining area is much bigger than their indoor one. So you do have to request for a table inside the cafe if you really can't stand the outdoor environment.

Cafe Mocha ($5.50) x Honey Matcha ($5.50).

I guess this is the main reason why most people are willing to travel all the way here and to later queue for a seat? They probably serve the cutest latte arts in Singapore! Do check out their facebook page or even instagram for more of their cute latte arts. :)

We intended to come here for their brunch menu, unfortunately last order for brunch was at 5pm and we were a little late for that. :(

Spti Carbonara, $17.

We had their dinner menu in the end and it was nothing to rave about. :/

Linguine Aglio Olio, $17.

Considering the price and the serving portion, the pastas were a little over-priced. I didn't enjoy my Linguine Aglio Olio at all. It lacks flavour and pasta was slightly undercooked. On the other hand, Spti Carbonara was better executed in terms of flavours.

Nonetheless I'm happy with my latte arts! ^^

This would be the place I'll recommend for their coffee or brunch. Dinner menu may not be their strongest selling point. :)
